Hey Guys x So I'm uploading my November Faves really early this month. This is for a number of reasons that will be explained in the post that I put up tomorrow! But I still have a lot of stuff to talk about, so let's get on with it! Favourite Movie (1): Widows So, I reviewed this last week, and you can see my review HERE ! But to summarise that review, this was definitely one of the best films of 2018, and I say that knowing that there are over a month's worth of films to come until we finish the year. But this was fresh, original, amazingly filmed, perfectly directed... go and see this film! Favourite Movie (2): American Hustle I mentioned this film in my last favourites when I said that I was going through Bradley Cooper's filmography. This is a film that I had owned and knew about for a while, but for some reason I was never in the right mood to watch it. But anyway, I decided to put it on, on a whim, and found myself completely caught up in the story....

Hey Guys x I feel like I review Blumhouse films so often! But they've been putting films out really consistently lately, and good ones at that, so I don't mind my blog being filled with their name again and again. After all, they are my absolute favourite production company! Anyway, let's get on with the review. This film is a direct sequel to the first 'Halloween' film that came out 40 years ago. So, it's been 40 years since Laurie Strode survived Michael Myers' attacks one Halloween night, and since then, she's been preparing. Her life, and her daughter's life, were directly linked to that attack, and Laurie was just waiting and biding her time, until she could get a second chance with the man who destroyed her life. And when he breaks out of the mental asylum, her chance comes. She and her worst nightmare have a final showdown, but this time, they're ready for each other... Hey Guys x I have quite a lot of stuff to talk about today (I saw a LOT of movies in July!), so I'm gonna get straight into it! Favourite Movie (1): Flatliners (2017) This has got a lot of negative reviews, and when it came out it didn't appeal to me at all, so I didn't watch it. Then it came out on Sky and I thought I'd give it a chance, and thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised! It's about a group of medical students who strive to find out about the afterlife by dying and coming back to life. But of course, death isn't something to be played with. I really enjoyed it. I loved the characters, and for such a badly reviewed film, I found myself becoming really invested in the story. So definitely give this a chance if you haven't! Favourite Movie (2): Two Night Stand Again, this is an old film, but one that I only saw this month. And again, I didn't expect to like it that much. Favourite Movie (1): Blockers I've written a review on this that I'm gonna put up in the next few days, probably sometime next week, so I won't talk about it too much here, but I loved this movie.
