I was so surprised by what the first film ended up being. I was thrilled, and excited, and worried, and genuinely scared. At some points, I even watched it through my fingers because I was so worried about what was going to happen next, and I didn't even do that for the Conjuring movies! I had a lot going on at the end of last month, particularly getting ready for university, so I completely blanked on writing this post. Hey Guys x As you can see from the title, today's post is a Favourites post. I'm so excited to share what I've been loving this month with you! Favourite Movie: Star Trek: Into Darkness In all my life, I never thought I was the kind of person who could be obsessed with the Star Trek franchise. However, I am now completely obsessed with the Star Trek reboot, and this is a great addition to the franchise! Benedict Cumberbatch is introduced as a new Villain (Khan) and he does an amazing job. The acting in this is brilliant, but I love that the seriousness is broken up with small, subtle moments of levity and, at times, comedy. Even if you don't think you'd be a fan, definitely give this franchise a chance! Favourite TV Show: Gossip Girl I am loving this right now! Hey Guys x It's that time once again, the time when I tell you all the things that I've been loving this month. I feel like I haven't done one of these in ages! I love doing these posts because, if nothing else, it gives me a reason to watch new films and YouTube videos, so that I have something to show and tell you guys about! Favourite Film: Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters So I have to admit, I only watched this film in the first place because it stars Jeremy Renner, who I'm kind of in love with, but I'm so glad I watched it because it's an amazing film! It plays on the fairy-tale version of Hansel and Gretel, but now it's 15 years after they were left in the forest and they're making a living as Witch Hunters!
