March Favourites! | 2017

Hey Guys x

I'm really sorry that I haven't posted a lot this month! It's been really busy trying to get everything done before I broke up from uni.

And April probably won't be any better, because I'll be writing essay after essay trying to finish everything!

However, I always make time for a 'Favourites' post, mainly because I love doing them. I find them so interesting to write and to read.

Anyway, let's get on with the post!

Favourite Movie: Get Out

WOW. I think I'm gonna do a full post on this within the next week or so, so I really don't want to say too much about it now. However, by next week, I'll have seen it three times with three different people, which tells you how much I loved it!
Seriously, go and watch this if you haven't!

Favourite TV Show: 90210

My sister and I recently got back into this show, and I'm so happy! I used to watch it when it first came on, but kind of fell out of it as the seasons went on. But watching it again now makes me remember all the reasons that I fell in love with it in the first place. It's an old show but a very entertaining one!

Favourite Song Album: Divide

I don't think I've ever heard a more perfect album. I'm not even exaggerating, every single song on this album is a freaking masterpiece. My personal favourites have to be 'Dive', 'Supermarket Flowers', 'Nancy Mulligan' and 'Save Myself' but it doesn't really matter because ALL of the songs are incredible! Listen to this album!

Favourite YouTuber(s): Jack and Dean

Jack and Dean are doing so well right now! They've just released (and are still releasing) the second season of their series 'Jack and Dean of All Trades'. The first episode of season 2 is on YouTube and it is so funny! I feel like I enjoyed that first episode more than the whole first season, which just shows how much they've improved because the first season was so good! I can't wait to see what they do next!

Favourite Music Artist: Ed Sheeran

I've already spoken about the album, so you know exactly why Ed Sheeran is my favourite music artist of the month. I don't actually think that there's any more that I can add to this. He writes amazing music and his voice is perfect.

Favourite Celebrity: TVD Cast

As you may or may not know, the Vampire Diaries ended this month, and since then I've been watching cast interviews all the time and falling in love with this group of people! They make the show what it is and I couldn't imagine it without any of them, which is why I feel like it was a good idea to end it after 8 seasons.

Favourite YouTube Video: Guess The Tagline

Hazel Hayes and her friend and fellow YouTuber Cayleigh Maloye made a video guessing movies based on their taglines. As a movie lover, I really loved this video! It was hilarious, but it also taught me a lot about taglines, and how effective they are when it comes to selling a movie. Plus the two girls are just hilarious together anyway, so you have no reason not to watch this!

Random Favourites

The Sleepover Club - DVDs

When I was younger, the Sleepover Club was my life. Those books made me love reading, and the DVD version was so good! I started re-watching it and I could actually quote some of the episodes word for word! It is so much fun to go back to your childhood and remember what you used to love!

'All That She Can See' Book Cover

Carrie Hope Fletcher has a new book! This is the cover of it, which is absolutely beautiful! I've already pre-ordered it (because I'm such a massive fangirl) and I can't wait to read it when it comes out in July! It may not be your thing, but look how nice the cover is! Look!

The Vampire Diaries
I mentioned this earlier, but this month TVD finished. I usually wait until the DVD comes out to binge watch the series, but I couldn't wait this time. Mainly because twitter was completely spoiling it for me. So I watched it over the course of three nights, and on the last night, I could not stop crying. It was so emotional, particularly the last episode. However, what was even more emotional was realising that I will never watch another new episode, or see a new plot twist unfold. I will never meet a new character or wonder if an existing character is dead, really dead, or someone that Bonnie is about to bring back from the dead. This show has been a part of my life for years, and the fact that it's over it really really sad. I miss it already. I miss having a show like that that I loved from the offset, because I haven't found a show quite like it since.

Thank you for reading!
