The Best Version Of You

Hey Guys x
Prepare for this post to be random ramblings!
Basically, I really like it when people say things like 'There are 7 billion people on the earth, but only one you'
I find them really inspiring. In everyday life, this is a nice thing to remember. You may not like the way you look or the way you speak or the way you walk, but you are the only person who can be you.
I know from my comments and emails (lous.world@Hotmail.com) that a lot of my readers feel insecure about at least one aspect of their lives, and I want this post to be inspiring to you guys.
Someone loves you, someone appreciates you and you are the only version of you, which already makes you the perfect version of you.
However, there is a difference between being the only version of you and being the best version of you.
Being the best version of you means a lot of things to different people.
For me, it relates to these things:
Being the best version of you doesn't mean changing who you are or changing what other people think of you.
It can be something completely normal, like holding a door open for someone or smiling at someone that you don't know that well.
Allowing people to see you at your best means that they won't be afraid to show you them at their worst.
It doesn't mean you have to be confident or happy all the time, as this isn't possible, we all have off days and things that annoy us.
I guess I'm just saying, be the person that you want other people to be to you.
Smile, be nice, make other people smile, repeat the cycle.

  1. This is a great message. And what makes me smile, is seeing others smiling as I smile back. Things may seem grim sometimes, but making people feel better is the greatest. Great blog entry!
