Christmas Wonderland | Blogmas Day 5
Hey Guys x It's Blogmas day 5! This is a Hallmark movie that was on Netflix. The premise didn't immediately grab me, but it looked interesting enough that I wanted to include it in Blogmas. Heidi (Emily Osment) goes back to her hometown to babysit her niece and nephew before Christmas. When she gets there, she runs into her old boyfriend, Chris (Ryan Rottman), who is now a teacher at her niece and nephew's school. When she gets roped into helping him organise the school's Christmas dance, she discovers that her feelings for Chris haven't disappeared. This was a cute movie. It wasn't my favourite, but it follows all the common tropes of a Christmas Hallmark movie. The premise is generic, and the same as most Christmas movies you'll see. The film doesn't really do much to try and stand out. We are told right away that there is history between Heidi and Chris, but you can't really tell this from their interactions. There's absolutely no chemistry ...
