Hey Guys x As you can see from the title, today's post is a Favourites post. I'm so excited to share what I've been loving this month with you! Favourite Movie: Star Trek: Into Darkness In all my life, I never thought I was the kind of person who could be obsessed with the Star Trek franchise. However, I am now completely obsessed with the Star Trek reboot, and this is a great addition to the franchise! Benedict Cumberbatch is introduced as a new Villain (Khan) and he does an amazing job. The acting in this is brilliant, but I love that the seriousness is broken up with small, subtle moments of levity and, at times, comedy. Even if you don't think you'd be a fan, definitely give this franchise a chance! Favourite TV Show: Gossip Girl I am loving this right now! Hey Guys x I watched a film a few weeks ago, called 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' - and no, this isn't a review. The loose plot of the film is that, a couple that have had a messy break-up get in touch with a company that can erase them from each other's memory. However, what I really wanted to talk about was the amazing title of the film, which I have to admit, took me a while to figure out. But it means that, if your mind is void of memories, it's constantly happy. In other words, if you have no memory of any bad things that have ever happened to you, your life will always be happy, like the sun is always shining. And I have to say, I kind of disagree with this. As much as, yes, if I didn't have to relive all of my embarrassing, anxiety-provoking moments I might be happier, but if I never knew sadness, I wouldn't really know happiness would I?
