5 Instagram Accounts To Follow!

Welcome to my first post of 2016!

Before I start, because I'm using this post to promote some of my favourite Instagram accounts, I thought I'd also promote something of mine that I'm passionate about.

As some of you may know, I write fanfictions on the website wattpad. I've just uploaded the first chapter of a new story, based on the Avengers, and I would really appreciate your feedback on it! You can see it by clicking here!

But now, onto Instagram!

I haven't been on Instagram for long at all (you can follow me here, more shameless self promo!) but there are some accounts that I just love looking at on a daily basis. And these aren't the people who just take selfies, but the ones who seem to value photography and take amazing pictures, so I thought I would show you 5 of my favourites!

Connor Franta

I have been loving Connor's Instagram lately! You can tell that he really does love and value photography, but I still have no idea how he gets these mass of perfect shots! I hardly say things like this, but his Instagram is 100% goals for me. If I could steal anyone's account, it would without a doubt be his!

Dorkface

I love her Instagram so much! She puts up a lot of pretty pictures and really relatable quotes that tend to particularly inspire me. But the pictures that she uploads are just, as I've said already, so pretty! I could sit and look at her Instagram account for hours without getting bored because it's amazing!

Linda Blacker

Linda Blacker is a photographer who you may know because she's done some amazing photoshoot's with Louise Pentland and Carrie Hope Fletcher. Her pictures are... I can't even find a word to describe them. They're amazing, incredible, extraordinary. Can this woman please give me a photography masterclass? Please Linda, teach me your ways!!

Innersmxle

This Instagram account is the complete opposite of the ones I've shown, in the sense that it is full of incredible black and white shots of different things and it has completely engrossed me. They use a lot of quotes that I love to look at and, if anyone's Instagram game is amazing right now, it's theirs!

Exotic.vxgue

Last but not least, one of my absolute favourites! From what I can see, she doesn't have a particular theme, but rather takes pictures of random things in the most beautiful way, and I love every single thing that she uploads!

    I love Linda Blacker's photography, her account is great! The only other one I know is Connor Franta's so I'll need to give the other accounts a follow :)

Young Willy Wonka (Timothée Chalamet) tries to follow his dreams to become a respected chocolatier, despite opposition at every turn . This film was never particularly high on my 'to-watch' list, but it was always on my radar, so I'm glad I've finally seen it. I liked this movie a lot more than I thought I would, but I still definitely had problems with it! For a start, while I love the fact that it was a musical, I didn't actually like any of the actual songs. Scarface (1983) | 100 Movies Bucket List

Next up for the Bucket List was another first-time watch! I'd seen the original 1932 film years ago and really liked it, but I never got around to watching this (undoubtedly more popular) version, so I'm glad it was on the list. I really really liked this movie. I'm not sure if I like it more than, or the same as the original, but I definitely had a great time with it. One thing about finally seeing all these classic movies is seeing how much impact they've had on pop culture, and this film is definitely no exception. It's so quotable, there are so many iconic images, and it's one that everyone should watch if they haven't seen it before. The most talked-about aspect of this film is probably the violence, and that's so interesting to see. Not only the way it's spoken about, but also the difference between violence in older films like this and newer releases. My Problem With '8 Simple Rules'

Hey Guys x Today's post might come out as more of a rant, which I'm OK with because I haven't ranted about something in a while! Last year, I started watching the show '8 Simple Rules' when it started playing on Comedy Central. It originally came on between 2002 and 2005 but I didn't watch it when it was first on. Anyway, I really got into it. There were only three seasons, so it was over before I wanted it to be. And I loved this show, and I still love it. Comedy Central doesn't play it anymore but if it did I would dive right back into it because I love a good sitcom. However, I have a major gripe with a plotline of the show, that got more prominent in season 2/3. Let me just explain the characters a bit, so you know who I'm taking about in case you never watched it. American Psycho | 100 Movies Bucket List

This one was a re-watch. I'd seen this film once before watching it for the Bucket List. My memories of it weren't wholly positive - I didn't love the first watch, and while I didn't hate it, it wasn't a film that I was itching to watch again. Though saying that, I knew that I probably would watch it again eventually, because I knew how much of a classic it was. Like a lot of films I've watched for the Bucket List, I liked it more this time around than I did the first time, though I still didn't love it as much as I wanted to. But that being said, I did really enjoy it. The writing was great and Christian Bale was amazing in the role, as were the supporting actors. For me, though, the most iconic thing about this movie is its soundtrack. The songs used are amazing and fit the movie so well. They're used in such a unique, original way, that it feels like this alone makes the movie a classic. The film is really well made, and even though I don't love i

The Matrix | 100 Movies Bucket List

  Next up for the Bucket List was a first-time watch. This is one that I had obviously heard of but knew next to nothing about. I found that it took a long time for me to connect with the story, and even then, while the film was interesting to watch, I never felt particularly invested in it. There were a lot of recognisable, iconic moments that I appreciated, and I get how much of an impact it had on sci-fi (and probably movies in general), but I don't know if it was for me. I somewhat enjoyed it, I understood everything that happened, but never felt connected, and didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted to. It could just be that I need to re-watch it, and I probably will, but for a first watch, I didn't take to it as much as I wanted to. But that being said, I'm glad I finally watched it!
